| Требования к материалам: | 1. Накладки поз. 1 и поз. 2 изготавливаются из труб того же диаметра и толщины что свая/шпунт.
2. Изготовление накладок производить методом термической резки (газокислородная, плазменная). Допускается механическая обработка, гидроабразивная, лазерная резки
3. Размеры и допуска на размеры согласно КД.
4. Шероховатость согласно КД.
5. После изготовления зачистить грат и торец по контуру реза, наличие шлака не допускается.
6. Технологические врезки в тело накладок не допускаются. |
