PS: The product is made from the Contractor's materials.
5. Purpose of manufacturing:
Ensuring the possibility of repairing the circulating fans of bogie hearth furnaces.
6. Terms of payment:
100% upon completion of the work.
7. Production time:
The term of production is indicated in the commercial proposal of the Contractor.
8. Acceptance of the Product is carried out on the territory of the Customer with the signing of the Acceptance Certificate.
9. The Contractor provides the Customer with a product warranty for at least 24 months from the date of commissioning.

Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.

5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.

10. Requirements for the performer:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas electric welders, copies of certification protocols for PTM. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in the execution of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault. Also, all employees of the contractor are required to undergo an introductory briefing from the Customer's specialists (you must have a document confirming your identity and age with you). When carrying out work under a permit-permit, all Contractor's employees must have certified overalls, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
