Auto-extension

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Promoter's Tender Rules, as part of a solicitation procedure that does not is an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw from all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without giving any reason, without any liability to the Participants.
2. The Tender Promoter reserves the right to select multiple winners by dividing the delivery of the goods at its own discretion and without explanation among several potential bidders competitive procedure.
3. The Model Contract shall be sent for signature to the Winner (s) identified during the Tender Committee meeting held by the Competition Organizer after the end of the procedure on B2V-Center electronic marketplace.
4. Model Contract Template Organizer sends to interested prospective suppliers upon additional request
5. A participant in this procedure shall submit a Proposal for the Organizer's template.
6. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Notice, the Promoter may reject without explanation and recognize the documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant shall not in accordance with the requirements of this competition procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
