Comments:
Provider Selection is done at 12 months. A single price to all regions, the number of purchased services will depend on the requests coming from the regions for the period. Dispatch is carried out (across Russia, a list of addresses on the site www.fix-price.ru) at store location, exact address stated in the application. The warranty period for the work performed is 12 months after the signature of the parties to the Act the executed works. Warranty service of installed equipment is carried out within the manufacturer from the date of purchase of the equipment.
This procedure the request for proposals is not an auction or competition does not fall within the scope of articles 447-449 the RUSSIAN CIVIL CODE and does not entail creating legal obligations the customer for choosing the winner.
