Оплата по настоящему Договору производится путем перечисления 100% стоимости партии продукции, указанной в Графике поставки продукции, денежными средствами на расчетный счет Исполнителя, в течение 10 рабочих дней с момента подписания сторонами товарной накладной
Delivery terms:
- Поставка продукции осуществляется путем передачи продукции на склад Заказчика, партиями согласно Графику поставки продукции.
- Продукция должна соответствовать техническим требованиям на складную тару (Приложение № 4 к проекту договора).
