Payment terms:The supplier in the commercial offer includes in the price all the necessary costs for the supply, delivery, installation and start-up of equipment.
Delivery terms:The Supplier bears all costs and expenses related to the obligations assumed to fulfill the Contract, including related and additional costs.

Requirements for the composition of permits and technical documentation:
- The installation must have all the necessary permits and technical documentation.
-Technical documentation should include a Passport, technical operation manual, technical specifications for the production of the product, including passports and RE for purchased products used in the installation
-Technical documents on the operation of instrumentation and automation.
-A program of maintenance, performance checks and a schedule of scheduled preventive maintenance.
-Documents confirming compliance with the requirements of the BAT.
The TAP is provided with the calculation of the cost of equipment, delivery, installation and start-up of equipment, including payment terms with the attachment of all necessary permits.
The following information should be reflected in the TAP:
- completeness of delivery;
- fuel type and consumption;
- climatic conditions for the use of the installation;
- requirements for the placement of the installation (open area /enclosed space, required area and other conditions;
- the need to install treatment plants and their cost;
- type of upload;
- types of waste after the pyrolysis process;
- hourly performance;
- equipment configuration;
- number of service personnel;
- maximum sizes of fractions of recycled tires.
The terms of manufacture and delivery of equipment and commissioning should be specified in the TAP.
