Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment terms:
a) advance payment
- 8.47% of the price of equipment for power unit No. 5 after the conclusion of the contract;
- 8.47% of the price of equipment for power unit No. 6 after the conclusion of the contract;
b) interim payments
- 38.13% upon the achievement of key events in the manufacture of equipment for power unit No. 5;
- 38.13% upon the achievement of key events in the manufacture of equipment for power unit No. 6;
c) payment after delivery of a piece of equipment to the place of delivery
- 38.14% of the price of each piece of equipment;
d) payment after 240 days from the date of delivery of a piece of equipment
- 15.26% of the price of each piece of equipment;
e) payment for installation supervision
- for power unit No. 5, payment of 100% of the price of installation supervision services, no later than 08/31/2026;
- for power unit No. 6, payment of 100% of the price of installation supervision services, no later than 08/31/2027;
e) payment for commissioning
- for power unit No. 5, payment of 100% of the price of services for chief commissioning, not later than 12/31/2026;
- for power unit No. 6, payment of 100% of the price of services for chief commissioning, not later than 12/31/2027.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
