Comments: Terms of cooperation:
1. Types of work: provision of product samples to the customer, creation of the original layout, coordination of the original layout with the customer, application of branding and delivery of branded products.
2. The supplier guarantees:
- compliance of the quality and completeness of the delivered Goods with the requirements of GOST, technical specifications and other requirements established by current legislation;
- compliance with the requirements for this type of Product for the purpose of its sale in wholesale and retail trade in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- compliance with the proper conditions of carriage of the Goods before its transfer to the buyer.
3. A standard contract of AZUR Air LLC for the provision of services is concluded with the winner of the tender.
4. The goods must be packed in a package that ensures its complete safety from damage, under normal conditions of storage and transportation.
5. The shelf life of the food components of the goods must be at least 1 (one) year from the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note (unified COMPETITIVE Bidding Process form-12), unless another term is specified in the passport (certificate) of quality.
6. Defective or defective goods must be replaced at the first request of the customer, within three to five working days after the discovery of the defect.
7. Payment procedure: 50% prepayment, 50% final settlement after signing the consignment note.
8. Terms of production and delivery of goods: until 31.10.2023
Tender assignment:
1. The proposal must be executed on the letterhead of the initiator company.
2. The cost of the goods must be indicated with VAT (if applicable) for one unit of production and for the entire circulation, taking into account branding, and include shipping costs, packaging, labeling, customs duties, taxes and fees.
3. The Bidder of the tender uploads the commercial offer on the site, and also sends it to AZUR Air LLC with photos of the products by e-mail marketing@azurair.ru . The offer includes those Procured items that the supplier can produce.
4. The price of the goods must be fixed based on the results of the procurement procedure and act unchanged throughout the term of the concluded contract.
This request for proposals is not an announcement of the Competitive Bidding Process or an invitation to participate in the Competitive Bidding Process, nor is it an offer or an invitation to make offers. Accordingly, articles 437, 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to the ongoing request for proposals. In addition, AZUR Air LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept all offers, to conduct a request for proposals procedure and to conclude an agreement.
