Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:It is necessary to indicate the unit price of the Template KP, Next, with the Winner at the best unit prices, an Agreement will be concluded for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension. The application for fulfillment to the Agreement will indicate the address and physical volume of the real object, manufacturing, delivery and installation of no more than 10 rd. The planned volume is indicated (number of stores)
