Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

JSC "Cordiant" invites you to take part in a competition to select a contractor for the manufacture and delivery of printing materials for JSC "Cordiant" in 2023
When submitting an offer, you must:
1) Fill out the Forms of the Commercial offer and send them in two formats: *.xl, as well as *.pdf with the signature and seal of the head.
2) Fill out and send the participant's Questionnaire in *.xl format
3) Send a list of documents for contractual work.
4) The prices on the form and on the ETP should correspond to each other.

important! The price per unit is indicated with the rounding of kopecks (no more than two digits after the decimal point).

The offer must fully comply with the requirements of the terms of reference. JSC "Cordiant" reserves the right to divide the purchase into lots.

Please note that all prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the participants. Holding a tender is not an auction in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
