MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - the price offer must be signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a contract for the performance of work with Solntsevsky Coal Mine LLC. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a tender notice or a public offer and is not governed by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
