Comments: 1) When placing a commercial proposal it is necessary to indicate:
- separately the cost of goods and separately the cost of delivery;
- delivery time.
2) The supplied products must be new and have a guarantee.
3) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, quality passports (other documents confirming
quality).
4) Suppliers who won the tender for the first time need to conclude a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of participants that do not correspond to the subject of the procurement (i.e. analogs), unless otherwise specified in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
