In order to maintain the current average deferred payment period, we ask you to agree on an additional agreement to increase the deferred payment by 7 or more calendar days. The proposed change will ensure that payments are made on the Single Payment Day while maintaining the average payment deferral period under this agreement (due to payment earlier than the final date of obligations under the contract).
The seller is obliged to transfer the goods to the buyer free from any rights of third parties. The Seller's failure to fulfill this obligation gives the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or termination of the contract
