1) Required conditions for the equipment and quality of the product - in accordance with the drawings;

3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, passport of quality;
4) Requirements for the contract form - according to the form of the buyer;
5) Formation of the price of goods is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation per piece without VAT.
6) The validity period of TCH is not less than 30 days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months or on an operating time.
8) if there is no existing agreement between our organizations, please read the model edition and give your conclusion.
9) Mandatory execution of the delivery schedule (see paragraph 2) - one-time delivery on the application within the quarter with the time of delivery to the LGOC not later than 10 days before the date of the 1st application in the quarter is allowed.
