INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS
1. Purpose: freezing of minced meat, turkey offal, parts of turkey carcasses in a contact automatic tile freezer (temperature of contact plates up to minus 42 ° C) to the temperature of raw materials -25 ° C.
2. Overall dimensions are attached. It is required to make an exact copy of the sample.
3. Material: according to the sample. Note: the extraction of frozen blocks is performed on an automatic device "Tyson". A box with a frozen block, located on top of the bottom, with grooves of 13x13 mm is held in the guides of the device, along the outer part of the bottom "Tyson" produces a blow and rolling of the bottom with a wheel, due to which the bottom bends, the block falls on the conveyor from below. Therefore, the material must withstand shock and deforming loads at low temperatures.
