Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring liability.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Attention: The bidder must attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person, a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of required documents is specified in the Appendix)
