The subject of Call for Bidding: HR chatbot for PJSC "MegaFon".
The purpose of the HR chatbot: a tool for contacting the applicant on your own, allowing you to track the status of negotiations with the applicant and generate analytics through custom dashboards.
The main task is to communicate with the database of candidates for reactivation, processing responses and cold database of candidates, clarifying the turnout for an interview.
Basic requirements for functionality:
• Access to the chatbot platform should not be limited by the number of users. Access to the platform should be provided to the user remotely, after user registration or through the CRM system (Huntflow / Skillaz).
• Integration with Recruitment CRM (Huntflow / Skillaz)
• Implementation of various scenarios of interaction with respondents (direct initiation by phone number, sending a link, embedding a QR code, at the response stage, during the transition from stage to stage in the CRM system, etc.)
• The ability to send messages \ scripts via messengers Whatsapp, Telegram.
• The platform should provide the ability to access analytics and statistics in real time, at any stage of the scenario.
• The ability to remotely launch and configure your Personal Workspace
• Protection of personal data in accordance with the law
• Distributed storage of encoded data on the territory of the Russian Federation, compliance with 152-FZ
• Secure storage of information on the platform used.
As a confirmation of readiness to take part in the procurement procedure, the Bidder must post the following information on the B2B-Center Platform before the deadline specified as the deadline for accepting offers (before 20.00 Moscow time on February 15, 2024)::
