EVRAZ Vanadium Tula JSC informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude a contract, the use of a standard contract form developed by the company is taken into account, among other things. Approval of the standard form of the contract by the Supplier must be in writing. If a participant in competitive procedures has disagreements regarding the content of the standard form, changes should be made to the standard form in the edit mode and sent for consideration.
