Payment terms:100% - by wire transfer to the Supplier's account, within 45 days after the goods arrive at the Consignee's warehouse, provided that the Buyer is provided with original invoices, TORG-12, drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Availability of a certificate, a quality passport certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered goods must be new, not used.
Delivery terms:Not more than 10 days from the date of signing the specification and contract. Delivery to the consignee's warehouse, delivery cost is included in the cost of production. Delivery by transport companies to Mezhdurechensk is possible, at the expense of the Supplier.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
When signing the contract, the Supplier guarantees the Buyer the provision of the necessary package of statutory documents specified in the contract in clause 8.9.
