Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payments for products are carried out by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account for products received and accepted by the Buyer within 60 calendar days from the date of the invoice.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: since October 2019. Volumes of purchased materials are indicated annually. Monthly, the Buyer sends an updated application for the supplied goods.
Delivery by truck at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse of JSC "BelZAN". Mandatory availability of a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

Comments:
Mandatory availability of distribution agreements and dealer certificates of the established form (documents must be attached to the request)
All products must be original and delivered with a manufacturer's passport, quality certificate, certificate of conformity.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 60 CALENDAR DAYS.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
