Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment deferral of 60 days from delivery and provision of the original copies of accounting documents (tax invoice, TORG-12 consignment note) and copies of quality certificates.
All products must be new. We are considering other forms of payment.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time : no more than 14 days.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Delivery Agreement for goods and materials in the form of a scanned copy to their proposals in electronic form to the participants of the procedure.
4. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
5. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation). 6. A commercial proposal should contain the following:
- A letter of unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter stating that the products are new, not previously used.
- A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the request for proposals.
- A letter of cost fixing for a period of at least 30 calendar days.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
