Comments:
The product must be accompanied by the following documents:
- quality certificate of the manufacturer of the established sample;
- certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity of the established sample for products reflected in the list of goods subject to mandatory conformity assessment/mandatory declaration;
- invoice for payment;
- invoice or universal transfer document (UPD).
The above documents are provided to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
The goods to be delivered must be certified. The requirements for the availability of certificates of conformity for spare parts and materials for cars are established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 982 dated December 01, 2009 "On approval of a single list of products subject to mandatory certification and a single list of products whose conformity is confirmed in the form of a declaration of conformity". If the Goods or individual components are not manufactured in the Russian Federation, the Goods must undergo all customs and other procedures provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation before delivery.The Customer has the right to submit claims on the quality of the received Goods to the Supplier during the entire warranty period. |
