the procedure is carried out in order to obtain the price per unit of goods at the time of the procedure, with the possibility of changing the volume of Call for Bidding while maintaining the price and terms of delivery. the final volume of the Call for Bidding is determined at the time of the purchase order formation and is indicated in the appendix (specification) to the contract, based on the needs confirmed by the customer.
