Условия оплаты:The Customer transfers to the Contractor's settlement account 100% of the actual cost of the work performed in the Reporting period in each specific branch, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the consolidated Work Acceptance Certificate (in the form of KS-2), subject to receipt from the Contractor of the original documents, and on the basis of the consolidated original invoice.
Условия поставки:The Customer sends the Order to the Contractor by creating and sending it through the Customer's information system (ServiceDesk). The Contractor within 3 (three) hours (according to the Customer's Working Time in the relevant region) is obliged to send to the Customer through the Customer's information system (ServiceDesk) a confirmation of acceptance of the Order for execution or, at the same time, provide a reasoned refusal to accept the Order for execution. The Contractor, who has accepted the Order for execution, proceeds to perform the Works based on the initial data contained in the Order, and undertakes to complete the Works within the terms specified in the Order. Based on the results of the PPO, the Contractor, no later than 1 (one) working day from the date of completion of the work indicated in the Order, sends for approval to the Customer through the Customer's information system (ServiceDesk) a Report on the PPO results (photo report, preliminary estimate with a description of the features of the work (in a separate "Note" field of the Estimate) and the cable routing diagram. The Customer, within 1 (one) business day from the moment of receipt of the report on the application software from the Contractor through the Customer's information system (ServiceDesk), agrees it, or sends a reasoned refusal to approve the Report at the same time. The Contractor does not have the right to proceed with the execution of the Works indicated in the Order, with the exception of works on the application software, until the preliminary estimate is agreed with the Customer, unless otherwise provided by this Agreement. The work is considered to be completed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer after the Parties have signed the Work Acceptance Certificate (in the form of KS-2).

To participate in prequalification, you must:

1. Read the Privacy Statement.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be liable for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Read the list of works.
3. Fill out the PROCUREMENT PARTICIPANT APPLICATION, providing it in PDF format (scanned with the signature of an authorized person).
4. Fill in the Form of a potential supplier (with the obligatory filling of information about the territory of activity), providing it in Excel format.

Please, note! The archive with documents from clauses 2, 3 and 4 is password protected, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:

1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read.
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file.
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

PAYING ATTENTION!
A package of documents (two Questionnaires, clauses 3 and 4) must be attached when answering the preliminary qualification selection.

This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail any obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
