Comments: organization of fumigation of wooden containers (pallets, boxes) by heat treatment method for export deliveries of products with the provision of relevant documents (Decontamination Act and reporting documentation).
Heat treatment should include transport costs.
Requirements to the supplier (contractor):
1. Term of activity of a potential supplier-not less than 3 years from the moment of state. Registration of an individual entrepreneur/legal entity;
2. The presence of experience from a potential supplier in the relevant market of goods (works, services)-at least 2 years or the presence of employees with the specified experience in this market;
3. Availability of appropriate licenses (in case it is required by current legislation) on delivery of relevant goods (services, works). Conformity of supplied goods (works, services) with technical and other requirements, provided by the company for goods (works, services);
4. Availability of a potential supplier of qualified managers and employees with education and experience in the profile of ongoing purchases;
5. Absence of unfulfilled/executed with considerable overdue obligations to customers (more than 30 days);
6. Official confirmed by the supplier agreement/disagreement on the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods (works, services) in the framework of 275-FZ.
7. Absence of connections and/or contacts of a potential supplier, its founders, shareholders with criminal structures;
8. The potential supplier should not be insolvent, be in the process of liquidation, be recognized insolvent (bankrupt), whose property is seized and (or) the practical activity of which is suspended.
