Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms - mandatory 100% postponement of 60 calendar days for the equipment, delivery from the moment of acceptance of the equipment at the facility by the responsible JSC "Thunder".
Delivery terms:The start date of work is 10.01.2023, the start date of work may vary depending on the schedule of construction and installation works at the facility, the Customer informs about the transfer. The entire work period of 54 calendar days, the team must be at the facility.

Attention!
Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - mandatory 100% postponement of 60 calendar days for the equipment, delivery from the moment of acceptance of the equipment at the facility by the responsible JSC "Thunder".
2. Fixing the price until 31.03.2023 inclusive.
3. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract with JSC "Thunder".
4. The calculation of the cost of work must be carried out according to the attached TPR and the customer's assignment
5. In the cost of work, it is necessary to take into account:
- the duration of the work is 54 calendar days and the approximate start date of the work is 10.01.2023
- the time of work will be negotiated point-by-point for each day with the Ministry of Health on the spot
- the installation team is at the facility during the entire period of work;
- dismantling, packaging, pasting, selection according to the list of the current ST TK, removal to the household.yard
- installation, installation of shelf CD, skidding with household.yard cleaning of unnecessary components after installation
- have a ROME for packing with you.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
