Use discounted price
Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The organizer of the auction is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including with partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:-Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse or by the transport company at the expense of the buyer.
-The price of the product includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (AUCTION -12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.

-The products must be NEW, not used before.
-Provision of a certificate for the goods (GOST, FEZ)
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Comments:
The KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the boot documentation.

In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) The cost of delivery to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Attitude to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to upload a document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
4) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
5) Method of transportation.
6) Approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume).
7) Agreement with the contract.
8) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
9) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the invoice;
