Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of its value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment/bill of lading or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided that there are no complaints about the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and subject to the receipt by the Buyer of the originals duly executed invoice in the name of the Buyer, originals invoice and consignment note (CPD), original contract and specification. In case of violation of the above provision of documents, payment for the goods is made within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery — no later than February 2022 Under the terms of DDP p. Verkhniy Kuranakh, Yakutia (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) to the place of delivery of the goods at its own expense. The shipping cost is included in the Product price). Shipment of PEK, RATEK, GTD is not allowed.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are made using settlement accounts opened by the Parties with Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to comply with this requirement, the "RFQ" participant recognized as the winner of the RFQ process must within 5 (Five) days from the completion date request for proposals to open a current account with Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the agreement, in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was made.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person on the letterhead. Passport for goods. The quotation and terms of delivery submitted through the functionality of the ETP must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Providing a package of documents specified in the "Documentation for the Contract" file is MANDATORY. In the absence of these documents in full or in part, the offer is not considered
