Payment is made 100% after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days.
Delivery terms:
Product delivery is carried out by the Supplier’s transport (transport company) to the warehouse of PAO ChMK. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product. Possible delivery under the terms of DAP Chelyabinsk. Delivery time - 60 days with the right of early delivery.
Comments: 1) Mandatory presence of a certificate of origin, original passports;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) Year of production - not earlier than the 2nd half of 2019;
3) Signing of the supply contract and specification in the standard form of PAO ChMK, without protocols of disagreement (see attachment);
