Requirement for 4 sq. 2021
1. The product should be new. No used goods or recovered goods are allowed.
2. The product must be made of material according to the approved design documentation. - manufacturing by process process,
3. Supplier undertakes to supply the Item in packagings and/or packaging conforming to GOST, TU to ensure the product is safe from damage during its loading
4. Positions must comply with the "KTA Requirements" and their equivalents — must be marked on acceptance by the JSC Russian Railways Receiver, according to the repair documents
5. Positions must comply with "TR TC 001/2011" and their equivalents — must have a valid certificate
6. The product must be safe when applied as intended.
7. Relevant products must have a certificate of branding Roszheldor.
8. Product equivalents are allowed to be delivered according to the main specifications and the authorization of Russian Railways for rolling stock applications.
9. It is not permitted to supply used Goods, including recovered goods.
10. Supplier undertakes to supply the Goods in packagings and/or packaging conforming to GOST, TU, ensuring the product is safe from damage during its loading/unloading, shipping and long-term storage in the warehouse room.
11. The supplier is obligatory to attach to the procedure the quality documents described in the paragraphs above (CTA, TR TC, Clumbing Certificate).

14. The unit price is valid until 12/31/2021 and applies to all additional applications from 01.10.2021 to 12/31/2021
