Crushing and screening complex assembled with installation services at the site of JSC "EVT" according to the Requirements Specification
equipped with the following equipment:
1 Jaw crusher SMD-109ARF 1 pc.
2 Jaw crusher SMD-110ARF 1 pc.
3 Vibrating screen SV-09 1 pc.
4 The screen is a mesh drum 2uh sieve D = 456 mm; L = 750mm; 5 mm; 50 mm; located on top of each other. 1 pc.
5 Conveyor belt straight (B = 800mm, L=11, V= 1m/s, N= 10kW) 1 pc.
6 Electric vibrating feeder IV 96B (Q=26m3/h) Feeding ferrovanadium to the drum screen 1 pc.
Purpose:
To obtain ferrovanadium from the initial ingot (2000x1500x100-200 mm, weight 2000-3000 kg), the following yield in fractions after fractionation crushing: 5-50 mm (main products) - 90%; 2-5 mm - 5%; 0-5 mm - 5%

Please pay attention to the fact that according to the Requirements Specification, we are not interested in separate equipment, but in an automated crushing and screening complex that includes existing equipment and allows avoiding crane operations to move material from one type of equipment to another.


JSC EVRAZ Vanadium Tula informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude an agreement, the use of a standard contract form developed by the company is taken into account, among other things. Approval of the standard form of the contract by the Contractor must be in writing.
It is MANDATORY to upload a Commercial Proposal to the bid documentation, otherwise the offer will not be considered.
Together with the Commercial Proposal, upload the company's card to the bid documentation.
In the Commercial Proposal, specify: cost, payment terms, delivery terms, warranty obligations.
