hereby invites you to participate in the open two-stage
a tender for the General contractor's services for a cultural heritage site under reconstruction, after the completion of the reconstruction WORKKI coworking space, located at the address: Kazan, st. Bauman St., 86

1. Format of an open two-stage tender:

1.1. Tender name: General contract.

1.2. Tender method: open two-stage tender.
The first stage is the placement of proposals according to the requirements of the tender.
The second stage is online rebidding in an open format.

1.3. Place of delivery
performance of works: Kazan, st. Baumana d. 86

1.4. Terms of work: According to the attached schedule in the tender documentation file "Schedule of work, bill of materials." (The work schedule may be shifted in proportion to the delay in the conclusion of the General Contract).

1.7. Required composition of the proposal:

1.7.2. Filled-in summary estimate for sections from 1 to 19 (fill in the fields highlighted in yellow) in MsExcel format and scanned format with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.

1.7.3. Completed by the Contractor the form of the attached Standard Form of the General Contract in a scanned format with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.

1.7.4. In case of refusal to sign the Standard form as revised by the Customer, the completed protocol of disagreements, according to the attached form in MsWord format.

1.7.5. Registration card of the enterprise (details of the organization) of the tender participant in the MsWord format.


1.7.6. Legal balance sheet and profit and loss statement, Form No. 1 and No. 2 for the last closed year, 2019. stamped by the tax authority, in PDF format.

1.7.8. Required by law Licenses and Certificates to perform these works, in the format: PDF, Jpeg.

1.7.9. Company presentation, reference list, letters of recommendation.

2. Rules for holding a closed tender:

2.1 The criterion for determining the winner is the cost, subject to other conditions specified in the terms of reference for the tender.

2.2. If the winner of the tender refuses to fulfill its obligations under the tender and / or the contract, StroyProject LLC reserves the right to revise the results of the tender unilaterally and appoint the participant who took the second place in the tender as the winner.
