The commercial offer must be accompanied by a calculation of the price formation according to the formula below and MUST be linked to the prices on the St. Petersburg stock exchange:
The price of the SPbMTSB exchange in tons + railway tariff + The cost of transshipment, storage, the cost of loading fuel into the customer's vehicles, idle wagons, the costs of the Novaya Chara oil depot + Brokerage costs, the marginality of the Goods. Fuel quality sampling of each delivery batch:
Upon arrival of a batch of fuel, a representative of the TS Stroy together with a representative of the supplier take a sample of the supplied diesel fuel for examination.
