15. Certificate of availability of resources necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under the agreement: production facilities, equipment, production, storage facilities, vehicles, etc. material resources (on official letterhead, signed by an authorized person of the counterparty and sealed) + copies of documents confirming ownership of the listed material resources.
16.
