Prior to the conclusion of the contract for the performance of disinfection works,
the organization must:
- confirm the qualifications of employees by providing a copy of the document on professional
training;
- provide a list of DS planned for use, copies of the certificate of state registration and declaration of conformity of the DS, instructions for the use of the DS, developed and approved by the director of the manufacturer.
The instructions should contain information about the scope of the DS, a list of microorganisms for which the DS is effective, modes of use for disinfection purposes, requirements for flushing the disinfectant. It is not allowed to use disinfectants that have only a static effect, i.e. retarding the growth of microorganisms.
Attention! The calculation of the cost of the service per unit of measurement sq. m. must be carried out taking into account the processing of all surfaces of the object (floor, walls, ceiling, shelves, etc.)
Attention! Processing on all specified objects may not be required. The objects and areas will be determined in the application.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
