Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:The planned annual volume is indicated. Packaging, labeling and transportation to the DC at the expense of the supplier. Delivery of a lot or part of a lot to the address of the recipient at the request of the recipient at the expense of the supplier.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility
