1) Spare parts of original factory production.
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; Commercial offer, certificate confirming the attitude to the products. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) Products should be new, not used.
4) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code;
7) This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment it is necessary to fill packing list (see Example of filling in purchase documentation), to paste packing list on packing with the goods, a copy to send to the customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "products sent to the areas of the far north and equated to them areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
