Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE FOR SEVERAL ORDERS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT & LLC quot;.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS FOR THE SUPPLY:
- experience in supplying similar items to the addresses of shipping companies on the territory of the Russian Federation.

3. IMPORTANT!!! The expected consumption is included in the purchase documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, and it is also possible to exceed it). At the same time, the cost must be formed based on the supply of a unit of one product item from the proposed list. Delivery will be carried out according to current ship requests during the declared period.

4. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that storing volumes for the future at the customer is unacceptable. In addition, the cost must include shipping to the address specified in this RFP.

5. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by the representative of Global-Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the supply agreement.

6. The planned period for concluding a supply contract is the 1st half of 2022 with fixing prices until the end of the contract.

7. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

8. Participants of this procedure MUST attach an Applicant Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their offers in electronic form before opening the envelopes.

9. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization this procedure. The commercial offer must necessarily show the details of the proposed names, indicating the technical characteristics and the application of certificates.

10. If the participant fails or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The suppliers' offer is valid for at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
