Comments:
1. Strict filling in according to the offer form with the signature of the supervisor.
2. The price must be specified excluding delivery. If it is possible to deliver the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse (according to the specified delivery addresses of the goods), the cost of delivery must be indicated in the uploaded offer, on the site you must specify the cost of delivery to the Nizhny Novgorod site separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods".
3. In the offer it is necessary to specify the price fixed until 08/31/2024.
4. Bidder suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the "Request for Documents" appendix, as well as the counterparty's questionnaire. All documents must be signed by the head of the enterprise or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
