Comments:
1. Strict filling in according to the offer form with the signature of the manager.
2. The price must be specified excluding delivery. If there is a possibility of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse (according to the list of consignees, which is an integral part of the standard contract of AKGAZ), please specify the delivery cost separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods".
3. In the offer it is necessary to specify the price with fixing until 31.12.2022. To load the price to the site as well with fixing until 31.12.2022.
4. Participating suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the appendix "Request for documents", as well as a questionnaire of the counterparty. All documents must be signed by the head of the company or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
5. A more detailed description of the procedures and requirements are given in the appendix "Terms of Reference".
