Comments:
1. Strict filling in according to the offer form with the signature of the manager.
2. The price must be specified excluding delivery. If there is a possibility of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse (according to the list of consignees, which is an integral part of the standard contract of AKGAZ), please specify the delivery cost separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, please specify 0 (zero) in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods".
2. In the offer it is necessary to specify the price with a fixation for 4 months. To load the price on the site as well with a fixation for 4 months
3. Participating suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the application "Request for documents", as well as a questionnaire of the counterparty. All documents must be signed by the head of the company or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.

5. If possible, I ask you to provide proposals (specify the price) for all paper options, the decision on which type of paper and in what volume will be made by the tender commission
