to consider the application, you must upload the following documents:
- Completed Appendix No. 1 to the TK in EXCEL format (in Appendix No. 2). It is necessary to fill in all three tabs of the application (KP card, ACC, Other expenses)
- Filled-in counterparty questionnaire in Word format, all fields are required. (Appendix No. 3)
- Constituent documents according to the attached list. (Appendix No. 4)
- Signed consent to the processing of data on the company's letterhead (Appendix No. 5).
- Send documents according to the List (Appendix No. 6). The documents of the technical part of the commercial proposal must be placed separately in folders according to the items in the list of documentation. Documentation is required to be provided at the marketing stage, p. 4.2 TK. According to the information security standard of AGMK LLC, the maximum size of an incoming letter is no more than 10MB. If the package of documents exceeds this volume, it is necessary to split this archive into parts / volumes of 10MB and send it in several letters.

We draw your attention to clause 1.8 of the Terms of Reference - Basic requirements for the scope of work. All work is subject to implementation in accordance with the RD. The ACC contains consolidated prices.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for the conduct of activities, quality, terms and cost of work, payment terms, work experience. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
