The equipment is new, available. Be sure to provide a commercial proposal. Availability of PSHTS. The price for the equipment shall be fixed for at least 30 calendar days from the date of bidding results announced at the e-marketplace.
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
