Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
3) an advance payment of not more than 25% of the total value of the consignment of goods within 10 banking days from the date of signing the specification (contract); 65% of the total value of the consignment within 10 banking days from the date of official notification of readiness for shipment from the supplier's warehouse. The final payment in the amount of 10% within 10 banking days, upon delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer and the signing of the transfer and acceptance act without comment.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
1) Mandatory uploading of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the attitude to the product.
2) Products must be new, not used.
3) The products should be attached: product quality certificate/passport.
4) Criteria for selecting the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipment, you must fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the package with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by email.
8) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the Far North and equated areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
