Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension

The procurement organizer has the right not to consider technical and commercial proposals of the participants:
- when providing an incomplete package of documents and/or filling out the TCH form by less than 50% and/or specifying inaccurate information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending the TCH after the expiration of the deadline for its submission;
- having outstanding obligations under previously concluded agreements with the companies of the Polymetal holding.
To participate in the procurement procedure, please read the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1) Technical and commercial proposal, completed in the form Appendix 2.2 - Supplier quotation form (7589608 v1)
2) 4. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
