commitment not to alter or revoke the Bid during its validity period after Bids submission deadline;

commitment to conclude the Contract as provided by this Procurement documentation.
You can obtain E-Bank Guarantee in case the organizer requires tender bid guarantee and the parameters of such guarantee are known. Note! The form of security of tender bids (guarantee, deposit, other variants) shall be specified by organizer of the procedure in Tender Documentation
