The competitive procedure will consist of three stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
3. Confirmation of the price
At the first stage, you need to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire by attaching a number of documents confirming the answers, as well as attach an Excel file with the initial KP.
I ask you to CAREFULLY study the file "Invitation in the tender documentation" so as not to make a mistake in the supporting documents. Documents that are not related to the questions of the qualification questionnaire do not need to be attached to the application.
At the second stage (KP request), the participants who have passed the qualification selection submit commercial proposals in the form of an application on the B2B platform. After receiving the initial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, the participants of the competition will be sent an additional invitation to submit their improved proposal.
