The competitive procedure will consist of three stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
3. Confirmation of the price
At the first stage, you need to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire by attaching a number of documents confirming the answers, as well as attach an Excel file with the initial Commercial Proposal.
I ask you to CAREFULLY study the file "Invitation in the tender documentation" so as not to make a mistake in the supporting documents. Documents that are not related to the questions of the qualification questionnaire do not need to be attached TO the BID.
At the second stage (Commercial Proposal request), Bidders who have passed THE qualification selection submit commercial proposals in the form of an BID on the B2B platform. After receiving the initial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, Bidders will be sent an additional invitation to submit their improved proposal.
At the third stage, after receiving the improved proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, the Bidders will be invited to confirm the proposed rates.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
