Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1)I ask you to send a KP indicating the monthly cost of providing services for the repair and maintenance of locomotives owned by JSC "NMZHK" according to the TOR

2)Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- TK
- approved list of documents item 3, line 1-10.
- counterparty questionnaire required to be filled in
- special conditions to the contract for the provision of services when the contractor is on the main
- link for submitting consent to the NO at the place of registration

3)Mandatory conditions:
- submission of a file with information regarding the organization and the cost of providing services
- Inspection of the place of rendering services and diesel locomotives owned by JSC "NMZHK"
- availability of a repair base for the provision of services in accordance with the TOR
- availability of a working stock of components and parts of diesel locomotives TGM 23, TGM 4A, TGM4B
- availability of the necessary qualified personnel to provide services in accordance with the TOR
- submission of a commercial offer reflecting the cost of the monthly cost of rendering services in accordance with the TOR
- A reference list of the provision of similar services for the period 2021-23, reflecting the contacts of customer organizations
- compliance with the requirements of the TOR in terms of representation and reflection of personnel
- a set of documents according to the approved list
- completed counterparty questionnaire
- readiness to submit consent and sign the OU when the contractor is on the OSN.

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer
