Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for completed works is carried out within 90 but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of submission of the certificate of completed works and the original invoice of the counterparty.
The rates remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract until 12/31/2024.
The total cost of the work must include absolutely all the Contractor's costs, including:
• Mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to the place of work and back;
• All costs of transport and means of mechanization involved in the production of works;
• All costs for spare parts and materials required for the work;
• All costs of spare parts, materials and services of other parties related to the preparation of equipment for the next work (re-equipment, tools, crimping, etc.)
• Travel expenses: daily allowance, meals, accommodation of employees at the place of work;
• All types of work permits (licenses, certificates (permits), permits.
• Payment for completed works is carried out within 90 but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of submission of the certificate of completed works and the original invoice of the counterparty.
Delivery terms:Terms of delivery in accordance with the attached contract.

- requirements for personnel for installation - service engineer - properly qualified, trained and certified, having permits in areas corresponding to the type and nature of the work performed, Contractor personnel approved for Equipment maintenance, in accordance with the requirements of the TFD, as well as this Requirements Specification, and providing services for Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC- Contractor's
personnel who have been trained, trained/certified in the conditions of the Equipment manufacturer and specialized training centers; - equipped with a set of mounting tools, consumables and spare parts, all necessary special equipment, fixtures, a set of control and measuring tools required by the Contractor to provide equipment maintenance services in full.

- the planned (not guaranteed) number of works is 4, until the end of 2024. It is possible to increase/decrease the number and timing according to changes in the customer's drilling schedule.
